Returns-

At The Shirui Studio., we take pride in the quality of our small-batch products, and all pieces are carefully checked before dispatch. Therefore, we do not accept returns for products that are delivered in good condition. Returns or exchanges are strictly applicable only in the case of damage, defect, or incorrect items being delivered.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

Notify us within 7 days of delivery
A clear unboxing video is mandatory
Supporting images may be requested

The unboxing video must:

Be continuous and unedited
Clearly show the package being opened
Clearly show the issue

Requests without an unboxing video will not be accepted.

Resolution (Refund or Replacement) Once verified, we will offer:

Replacement (subject to availability), or
Refund (if replacement is not possible)

Return Process (if required) If a physical return is approved for a defective item:

The product must be unused and in original condition
Return instructions will be shared after approval
Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted
As returns are only for store errors/defects, we cover the return shipping costs and do not charge restocking fees.
