Dispatch & Handling Time

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days (24–48 hours) of order confirmation. Orders are processed from Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and public national holidays.

Shipping Rates & Costs

We believe in transparent pricing. Shipping charges are applied at checkout based on your total order value:

  • Orders ₹1,499 and above: Free Standard Shipping.

  • Orders below ₹1,499: A Flat Shipping Fee of ₹90 applies to all deliveries.

Delivery Timelines & Transit Time

  • Estimated Delivery Time: Most orders reach their destination within 5 to 7 business days after dispatch.

  • Delays: While we strive to meet these timelines, minor delays of 1–2 business days may occasionally occur due to courier operational constraints or remote location factors.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been handed over to our reliable courier partners, an automated tracking link will be sent to your registered email address or phone number so you can monitor your shipment status in real time.

Serviceable Locations

We deliver to selected, serviceable pin codes across India. If our courier partners do not service your specific location, you will be notified at checkout before payment is processed. All shipments include an official retail invoice as required under Indian regulations.
