The First Wash Ritual: Locking in the Craft
Our handblock sheets are printed using low-impact, breathable dyes. To protect the depth of the organic patterns and initiate the softening process, please follow this essential first-wash ritual:

•The Salt Soak: Before the first wash, soak your bedsheet in a bucket of cold water mixed with 2 tablespoons of common salt for 15-20 minutes. Salt acts as a natural mordant, setting the artisanal dyes directly into the cotton fibers.

•The First Rinse: Rinse the sheet in plain, cold water. Do not use detergent or soap during this initial soak.

•Expect the "Bleed": You will notice the water turn slightly colorful. Do not panic! This is just excess surface pigment releasing from the top of the fabric. It will not fade the actual design.

•Line Dry in Shade: Never expose the wet fabric to direct, harsh sunlight. Turn the sheet inside out and dry it in a shaded, airy spot to keep the colors rich.

Ongoing Luxury Care

•Wash Alone: Always wash your handblock items separately or with strictly matching colors for the first 3 washes.

•Gentle Cycle: Use a mild, liquid, eco-friendly detergent on a gentle machine cycle. Avoid harsh bleaching agents or stain removers.

•No Tumble Drying: Avoid hot dryers. Air drying preserves the structural integrity of the long-staple Indian cotton.

•Warm Iron: Iron on the reverse side while the fabric is slightly damp to effortlessly remove wrinkles.

•Processing Time: Orders are checked & securely packed and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours.

•Delivery Timeline: 3 to 5 business days for metros; 5 to 7 business days for the rest of India.

•Tracking: A tracking link will be sent via SMS and Email as soon as your order ships.

•Strict Return Policy: We only accept returns or exchanges if the item arrives physically damaged or defective. We do not accept returns for change of mind or color preferences.
